Initiate Your Request
Log into your Splashes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
