Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Splashes ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Splashes furniture includes a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Decor and lighting are covered by a 90-day limited warranty.
